1. The Organizer may, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, the General Terms and Conditions, Special Terms, Rules, and any specific terms referring to Bonuses, grant Bonuses to online players, depending on the eligibility criteria thus established.

2.Promotional offers with deposit are available only for bank card (Visa or Mastercard).

3.In the rare cases where the bonus is not automatically credited to the player’s account, the player must contact the support team at support@casino.winboss.ro before wagering the deposited amount.

4.Players may withdraw winnings obtained from using the bonus only after fulfilling the wagering requirements, according to the Terms and Conditions of the promotion. A withdrawal cannot be requested if the deposited funds have not been wagered at least once in full (100%) on any of the offered games or bets.

6.Winnings from Free Spins will be automatically transferred to the bonus balance, immediately after all available free spins have been consumed.

7.Any winnings resulting from a bet made with the bonus balance, including jackpot winnings, will be credited to the bonus balance.

8.Requesting a withdrawal before fulfilling the wagering requirements will cancel both the bonus value and the related winnings.

9.Bonuses and free spins are valid for 7 days, respectively 30 days in the case of welcome package bonuses. At the end of this period, all unused bonuses, bonuses with incomplete playthrough, or pending winnings from them will be automatically deducted from the player’s account.

10.Winnings from mixed funds bets (cash+bonus) will be credited proportionally to the cash balance and the bonus balance. For example, from a bet of 20 RON consisting of 10 RON cash + 10 RON bonus, with a win of 50 RON: 25 RON will be credited to the cash balance and 25 RON to the bonus balance.

11.Only individual bets smaller than 20 RON will be considered for fulfilling wagering requirements. If the player places a higher bet, only 20 RON will be considered towards the bonus wagering contribution.

12.The maximum amount a player can convert into real money, after fulfilling the wagering requirements, is 2,500 RON in the case of welcome package bonuses, and 500 RON from winnings obtained from validation rounds or other no-deposit free rounds/bonuses.
